OooLa Printing has extensive knowledge in international cargo service. We have also formed strong partnership with both local and international forwarders to speed up customs clearance and truck delivery to your door.
Production and Shipping Time
After proofing, OooLa Printing finishes printing your products within one to two weeks unless a very large quantity is needed.
The shipping from China to other countries takes a few days to a few weeks depending on the route.
By air: Small quantity up to 100kg (220 lb) could be considered if turnaround time is critical. FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS delivers global express mail. From China, it takes:
3-7 days to your door in USA or Europe.
By sea: Large quantity may be shipped by sea. The fee is much lower. From Ningbo port, China, it takes:
2 weeks to Los Angeles or other port at western coast of America;
3-4 weeks to eastern coast of America or a port in Europe.
A combination of air and sea routes may be employed to achieve fast turnaround and low cost of shipping. We could ship a small part by air, and the rest by sea. Just instruct us to do so on the quoting form or by sending us an email if you want to split the shipment of your printed matters.
Hassle-Free Delivery to Your Door
You don’t have to worry the customs clearance, duty if any that you may not be familiar with. We will take care of all those. Just tell us your shipping address, and we will do the rest.
If shipping by air, it is straightforward. The international air shipping company will deliver them to you at your door. Shipping by air is very reliable and predictable. You can expect to receive them within a week.
If shipping by sea, you will be notified when your prints arrive at port, and be alerted when the truck delivers to the address you instructed. Shipping by sea is less predictable in term of time. Random customs exam may delay one week although it does not happen often.
For a smooth delivery, please be prepared to unload the cargo when the truck arrives. The truck driver will NOT help your unloading. If you don’t have a dock-high facility, you need enough labor to unload them manually within a limited time that is usually 1-2 hours.
In addition to delivery to your door, we also offer alternative delivery methods of sea freight.
Delivery Methods of Sea Freight
The prints could be delivered to your door, a port that is close to you, or you will arrange to take care of forwarding them from Ningbo port in China. Please refer to the following table for comparison.

Delivery to a port in your country. It is quoted as C&F or CIF port name, such as C&F Los Angeles. You will need to hire a customs broker to take care of customs clearance and a forwarding company to pick them up at the port. |

Delivery to Ningbo port. It is quoted as FOB Ningbo. You will instruct OooLa Printing which warehouse at Ningbo port the cargo should go. You will take care of the customs clearance at Ningbo port and have them shipped out. |
