We guarantee that if your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or if we fail to follow your job instructions, we will reprint the job or refund the cost.

This guarantee does not apply to errors out of our control, which include the errors in original graphic files, wrong instructions, and mistakes that are found after proofing that we have no time to correct.
